“Magical weapons” family? lol I take it you are not impressed with the platform? Did FN re-invent the wheel? If you could carry an FN SCAR or an AR you built, back to the sandbox, which one would you choose?

Nah, I was mainly kidding. It’s a great weapons platform. I just have to give the SCAR guys a hard time

Might want to take this down. This is supposed to be DoD only.

Well, it was put up on Scribd before I had it. I’ll keep an eye out there, if it disappears, I’ll pull it from here.

Court decisions have upheld that the First Amendment protects the right of individuals to disseminate information even if it might be classified. If you sign a contract not to disseminate certain information, you may be liable for breach of that contract, but I would guess that Andrew signed no such contract.
Really, I don’t see anything like a nuclear weapon manufacturing technique here. (and even those are reasonably well-understood among the nuclear physics community). Not much here I couldn’t learn by going to the local gun shop.

Stick, you are correct, one needs to be careful about repeating information one has heard. My source is Scott Horton, who has been a fairly high-profile lawyer including chair of the Human Rights committee for the New York Bar Association. Here’s the interview where I heard him state the precedents I mentioned above.

Admittedly, I am not a lawyer and there are no specific case citations.
